Type 200 Series Bearing Assemblies, like the 100 Type Assemblies, were originally designed for roller conveyor dryers and ovens. Since that time new uses as bearing assemblies on numerous types of industrial process equipment have been found. By providing solid lubricant bearings, a self-aligning feature, and easy serviceability, these assemblies are a smart choice.

The split-bearing cartridge provides a method for rapid bearing replacement. No tools are necessary and the cartridge can be serviced without removing the surrounding components.

Special features:
Supplied in all Metcar® bearing grades
Solid, self-lubricating and maintenance free
Self-aligning (compensate for shaft deflection and misalignment)
Operate freely and quietly
Operate dry or submerged
Bearing cartridges available in solid or split design
Standard bearing lengths: 1 ¾", 2", 2 ½"
Bearing ends can be used for thrust loading
Bearings can be rotated 180° for double life
Available for shafts to 1 ¾"
Standard bore sizes are 1-1/4 and 1-1/2
